All active regular staff employees (working 20 or more hours per week) are

five sick/mental health/well-being days per calendar year.

Vacation Purchase Program

Kelly Services offers a Vacation Purchase Program that enables eligible employees to purchase additional vacation time. During each Annual Enrollment, you may elect to purchase an additional five days of vacation. This purchased time must be used by the end of the calendar year for which the purchase is made. So, if you purchase five days for 2025, you must use those five days by December 31, 2025. If you do not use your purchased vacation, you can request it to be paid out to you prior to your final year’s paycheck.

Tuition Reimbursement

Regular staff employees with three consecutive months of active full-time service or an in-house temporary employee that has completed 12 consecutive months of active continuous service, are offered financial assistance for educational courses necessary to obtain a degree that directly relates your present position or future Kelly position. The maximum amounts available for reimbursement are based on the degree type. These funds are based per calendar year and cannot be combined: those working toward their undergraduate degree receive up to $4,200 and those working toward their graduate degree receive up to $5,200.

To participate, you will have to submit an application and receive pre-approval before you start classes. It is the employee’s responsibility to adhere to all program policies and requirements. If the application is approved, tuition and fees are reimbursed according to the grade received in the class:

A-C = 100%
Pass = 100%

Kelly is committed to making a positive difference in our communities and is pleased to offer regular staff employees one day a year to volunteer.  Employees are immediately eligible to take their one Volunteer Day. The one, 8-hour paid day off should be during your normal work hours and must be scheduled with your supervisor in advance. Unused volunteer days will not be carried over from year to year or paid out in advance or if they are not used (unless required by law).

The Kelly Retirement Plus Plan is a great way to help you get ready now for the future you want, and could really make a difference to your financial wellness. And to help you get started, the company will enroll you automatically. You will be able to opt out of the plan if you wish through our administrator’s website.

Enrollment with Alight Worklife

You can expect to receive an enrollment email within two weeks of your date of hire.  

Alight Worklife is a user-friendly system that houses your benefit information (including your Benefit Guide, Summary Plan Descriptions, Summaries of Benefit Coverage, etc.) and allows you to enroll in your plans. It’s going to become your one-stop-shop for anything benefit related. If you need help enrolling, the system provides Smart Recommendations. After you answer a series of questions, it recommends which benefits may be right for you.

How to log in to Benefits at Kelly

Username: The letters “ks”, plus the last six digits of your Social Security number (SSN) without the dashes, and your date of birth as MMDDYY.

Password: Enter the password you created last year or click on Reset Password. You can also call a representative at 800-376-4964 (Option 1).

Enrollment Tools

You can expect to receive an enrollment email within two weeks of your date of hire.  

The Benefits at Kelly portal is a user-friendly systemthat houses your benefit information (including your Benefit Guide, Summary Plan Descriptions, Summaries of Benefit Coverage, etc.) and allows you to enroll in your plans. It’s your one-stop-shop for anything benefit related. If you need help enrolling, the system will walk you through the decisions you need to make and the resources available to help you.

How to log in to Benefits at Kelly

  1. Visit the Benefits at Kelly portal via single sign-on (SSO) through Kellyweb or at digital.alight.com/kelly from any internet browser.
  2. The first time you go to digital.alight.com/kelly, you will need to establish a new username and password. Select “New User?” and then enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number and your birth date to register.
  3. Then, you’ll set up additional security measures to access your benefits information. You will use the same user ID and password to access the Alight Mobile app.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

Regular staff employees with three consecutive months of active full-time service or an in-house temporary employee that has completed 12 consecutive months of active continuous service, are offered financial assistance for educational courses necessary to obtain a degree that directly relates your present position or future Kelly position. The maximum amounts available for reimbursement are based on the degree type. These funds are based per calendar year and cannot be combined: those working toward their undergraduate degree receive up to $4,200 and those working toward their graduate degree receive up to $5,200.

To participate, you will have to submit an application and receive pre-approval before you start classes. It is the employee’s responsibility to adhere to all program policies and requirements. If the application is approved, tuition and fees are reimbursed according to the grade received in the class:

A-C = 100%
Pass = 100%

Kelly is committed to making a positive difference in our communities and is pleased to offer regular staff employees one day a year to volunteer.  Employees are immediately eligible to take their one Volunteer Day. The one, 8-hour paid day off should be during your normal work hours and must be scheduled with your supervisor in advance. Unused volunteer days will not be carried over from year to year or paid out in advance or if they are not used (unless required by law).

Our partners at Livongo360 focus on your total health, not just the key points to help manage diabetes. This program supports members in prediabetes, diabetes, and hypertension management. Personalized, actionable, and timely support is available for these conditions through behavior change tools, medication optimization, expert health coaching, personalized health plans, and provider coordination.

Getting a cancer diagnosis is scary. So much medically is thrown at you, it can be very overwhelming. To help you through the process, we are giving you, if enrolled in a Kelly medical plan (excluding HMO medical plans), and your extended family (siblings, parents, in-laws, grandparents) support with AccessHope.

Enrollment Tools

You can expect to receive an enrollment email within two weeks of your date of hire.  

The Benefits at Kelly portal is a user-friendly systemthat houses your benefit information (including your Benefit Guide, Summary Plan Descriptions, Summaries of Benefit Coverage, etc.) and allows you to enroll in your plans. It’s your one-stop-shop for anything benefit related. If you need help enrolling, the system will walk you through the decisions you need to make and the resources available to help you.

How to log in to Benefits at Kelly

  1. Visit the Benefits at Kelly portal via single sign-on (SSO) through Kellyweb or at digital.alight.com/kelly from any internet browser.
  2. The first time you go to digital.alight.com/kelly, you will need to establish a new username and password. Select “New User?” and then enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number and your birth date to register.
  3. Then, you’ll set up additional security measures to access your benefits information. You will use the same user ID and password to access the Alight Mobile app.

eligible for up to
five sick/mental health/well-being days per calendar year.

Holidays

You receive paid time off work for the following holidays each year: New
Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and
4 personal significance days to be scheduled by employee and manager.

We make voting more accessible by offering two hours of paid time-off to vote if you’re scheduled to work during voting windows.

Vacation Purchase Program

Kelly Services offers a Vacation Purchase Program that enables eligible employees to purchase additional vacation time. During each Annual Enrollment, you may elect to purchase an additional five days of vacation. This purchased time must be used by the end of the calendar year for which the purchase is made. So, if you purchase five days for 2025, you must use those five days by December 31, 2025. If you do not use your purchased vacation, you can request it to be paid out to you prior to your final year’s paycheck.
