Kelly Services offers a Vacation Purchase Program that enables eligible employees to purchase additional vacation time. During each Annual Enrollment, you may elect to purchase an additional five days of vacation. This purchased time must be used by the end of the calendar year for which the purchase is made. So, if you purchase five days for 2025, you must use those five days by December 31, 2025. If you do not use your purchased vacation, you can request it to be paid out to you prior to your final year’s paycheck.
We’ll reimburse employees up to $5,000 for adoption-related expenses for eligible children.
Moments that Matter is a signature leave that gives employees up to a week of paid time off when life happens. Whether you’re preparing for an adoption or your parent’s final days, we know these situations are all different, and want to provide a benefit that supports employees in all stages of life.
